The mission of the Peter Nowak Soccer Academy is to provide a complete soccer education to players, coaches and the community. The qualities Peter Nowak deems essential for players to develop at all levels both on and off the field include: Leadership, Vision, Creativity, Discipline, Determination.

The coaches, in addition to teaching the players the above qualities and soccer skills, will guide the players to enhance their understanding of the importance of: Nutrition, Education, Lifestyle Choices and Appearance. Through enhancement of all of these qualities, the students will develop both on and off the field.

The Academy will provide coaches who have played and loved the game for many years. Peter Nowak and these coaches will work with the players to develop not only their skills but also their love of the game. It is planned that the coaches will also spend time with the players and their parents so that a greater bond can be created between player, coach and parent. The players can learn more about their coaches and how soccer played a strong part in their everyday life. It is intended that this "extra" will enhance the overall experience. The coaches will be actively involved with the players including, but not limited to, teaching skills and tactics.

Through the contacts that Peter Nowak has with both national and international players and teams, the Academy's attendees will have the benefit of working with players/coaches from around the world and will be shown many different styles of soccer play.

International teams will be offered the opportunity to train in the area and, as a result, several times during the year, games will be played in the Naples community stadium among some of the world's best teams and players.

Clinics will be offered to the community's coaches to enhance their coaching skills.
